Why can’t I book Tralli yet?
We are working hard with our partners to make the service available as soon as possible, but we will need some more time to get ready. In the meantime, with this website we wanted to make you familiar with the new check-in concept that will revolutionize the first mile of air traveling. The goal is that you as a passenger can have the best travel experience, from home to your destination.
Will Tralli be available in my city?

Tralli will be launched gradually, starting with the main airport hubs around the world. If you would like to see Tralli in your city, please send us a request here.

How much time could I save checking in OFF airport?

You can save a significant amount of time and stress. No more time wasted standing at long queues. Depending on the airport, season and time of the day, lines can get real long. Using Tralli you can skip all that, and you can go straight to security checks and the gate. This means you would not have to arrive as early as before at the airport.

What guarantee do I have that Tralli will not lose my luggage? Is there an insurance?

Tralli puts in place robust safety and security measures to guarantee that your luggage is protected and monitored constantly. From the moment our agent collects it up to the handover to the airline’s chain of custody, each piece of luggage is sealed, tagged, individually tracked in real time and monitored, using technologies such as IoT, GPS live tracking or CCTV.
So the chance of losing your luggage is negligible. However, unforeseen circumstances may still happen and we want to be ready for that. Each piece of luggage is insured so, in the event that your luggage gets lost by Tralli, you will receive a compensation to cover all your belongings, as well as package to cover your most immediate needs when you arrive at destination.

What if my luggage does not make it to the flight on time?

Tralli uses predictive algorithms and artificial intelligence to plan its collecting routes. Real-time traffic, detours, rush-hours and other circumstances are all factored in. On top of that, safety margins are taken into account by Tralli routing engine, to be sure we can react to unforeseeable events. And we know accurately when each piece of baggage has to be in the airport, so the system can automatically readjust the routes if necessary to make sure no luggage are left behind.

However, unforeseen circumstances may still happen. In the rare event that we really cannot bring your bag on time, we will make sure that it gets included in the next available flight to your destination. And you will get your luggage at home, office or hotel as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, Tralli will provide you with a package to cover your most immediate needs when you arrive at destination.

How early and how late could I check-in for my flight?

Flexibility and convenience are key factors of Tralli service. Therefore, we allow you to check-in from the day before your flight up to 4 hours before your flight. Isn’t this great? You choose the 2-hours time slot that better fits your schedule. You could decide to get rid of your luggage the day before so that you don’t have to worry about it anymore or you could also prepare the luggage and undergo the check-in process just a few hours before the flight. It is entirely your decision!

Where can I check-in with Tralli?

Anywhere within the serviceable area. At home, in the office, in a coffeeshop or even in the park if you want to do so. We will adjust to you to make your life as easy and convenient as possible.

Is using Tralli safe? Is my luggage protected?
No worries, checking in OFF airport is a new concept and we understand your concerns. Nevertheless, using Tralli is as safe and secure as checking in at the terminal. Or even safer! We count on the most advance technology to guarantee our processes. Identity is verified using biometric technology so that we make sure nobody misrepresents the passenger. And the luggage is protected and monitored continuously using IoT, GPS live tracking, safe sealing and even CCTV. And, of course, you have full visibility since you can track and even see your luggage in real-time, until it is safely handed over to the airline.

ABOUT THE CHECK-IN PROCESS

What if I am required to hold a visa, a PCR test or any other document to be able to fly? Do I have to pass by the check-in counter or kiosk in the terminal?

Don’t worry, Tralli offers an end-to-end check-in service. Our certified agent will not just collect your luggage but also verify your passport and ALL required travel documents. Then you will get your digital boarding pass from the airline, right after we complete the check-in. And you are ready to go! Once in the airport you can go straight to security checks and gate.

Do I have to pass by the check-in desk or kiosk at the terminal to collect my boarding pass?
No, you don’t need to. As soon as our certified agent completes the check-in process at your location, the airline will email your digital boarding pass to you. With it, you are ready to go straight to security checks and gate. To find out more about how the process works, please watch this video
What if I have excess weight or luggage?

That is not a problem. When you are booking the service, you can add special luggage or excess luggage on top of your allowance. You can pay comfortably through the appthe airline fee for these extra pieces. And our certified agent will collect it and make sure it is handed over safely to the airline. Your luggage will fly in the same plane as you do, as always.

And don’t worry, if you could not anticipate the excess luggage and you did not add it during the booking process, we got you covered. Our agent can still include it during the check-in process.

What if I have special luggage like a bike, surfboard or golf clubs?

That is not a problem. When you are booking the service, you can add special luggage or excess luggage on top of your allowance. You can pay the airline fee for these extra pieces comfortably through the app. And our certified agent will collect it and make sure it is handed over safely to the airline. Your luggage will fly in the same plane as you do, as always.

And don’t worry, if you forgot to add it into your booking, we got you covered. Our agent can still include it during the check-in process.

Can I have somebody else do the check-in for me?

No you can’t. As if you were checking in the terminal, the person showing up for check-in must be the ticket holder and the person who is entitled to fly. In partnership with the airlines, Tralli enforces strict policies aboutthis and that is why your identity will be verified during the check-in process using biometric technology. It is for your own and all other passengers’ safety.

Can I have somebody else hand over my luggage?

Can I still cancel my booking?

Yes, you can! We understand plans can change. You can cancel your booking in a few clicks using the app. And, of course, for free. There are no cancellation fees as long as you cancel your booking up to 1h before your check-in slot.

Can I do group/family check-in with Tralli?

Of course! If your group or family members are all part of the same flight reservation, then one Tralli booking will suffice. During the booking process you can include all passengers that will check in at the same location, together with you.

If you have more than one flight reservation, you can still do group check-in, no worries. The only consideration is that, in that case, you will need to create as many Tralli bookings as different flight reservations you have.

Why is that so? For security reasons, each Tralli booking has to be linked to only one flight reservation.

If I have already booked, can I add additional group/family members into the booking?

Yes, it is possible! You can easily amend a booking using the app. Add or delete passengers or pieces of luggage, change the address or choose a different check-in time slot. No problem! We would like to be flexible and to adapt to your needs.

What if I forgot checking in some luggage? Can I still go do it at the terminal?

Yes, you can. If you completed the check-in with Tralli and then you realize that you would like to check in additional bags, you can always go to the check-in desk at the terminal and do so. Airline’s fee for excess luggage might apply though so, please, keep that in mind.
